Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share related pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can kind in any setting, from colleges to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each optimistic and destructive results. On the optimistic aspect, they’ll present members with a way of belonging and assist. Cliques may assist members to develop their social expertise and study new issues. On the destructive aspect, cliques will be unique and hurtful to those that are usually not a part of the group. Cliques may result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
