Lucius Finest, also called Frozone, is a fictional superhero showing in American comedian books revealed by Marvel Comics. Created by author Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Unbelievable 4 #52 (July 1966).
Lucius Finest is a detailed good friend and ally of the Unbelievable 4, and is commonly referred to as upon to assist them struggle their enemies. He’s a talented ice-skater and has the flexibility to generate and management ice, which he makes use of to create weapons and shields.
